Before work begins; Marla J requests a down payment of 50%. However, if for some reason, the customer does not like the finished product, before shipping, the down payment will be refunded. Once shipped to the customer, due to the dolls being extremely fragile, there will no refunds. All figurines will be insured for breakage during shipping, should breakage occur on the way to the customer. Upon completion, if the customer requests; the figurine may be picked up at the artist's studio in Mesa, AZ.
